Naka-braces ako kaya sobrang hirap maglinis ng ngipin, palagi akong natatakot na magka-cavity o masira ang enamel ko. Buti na lang may dalang Scandi mint box na madaling ibulsa. Pagkatapos kumain, 1 piece lang ay protektado na ang enamel ko at iwas-cavity pa.
